Dear Fellow Lions,

March indeed will be an exciting month as it is time once again to meet the candidates and make up our mind to select our future leaders in the coming convention in April in Singapore. In time like this, let’s us all focus on harmony and friendship in the spirit of Lionism.

As Governor of the Day, It is my duty to see that Election Campaign Committee under the able leadership of PDG Ng Kim Leng and his team to conduct the 12 Campaign Trails smoothly and in all fairness. As my message is clear, all Candidates are our Friends, therefore the search is more for a Leader of Caliber to lead our District in the future.

I believe all Clubs would have already line-up their New BOD for the fiscal year 2010-2011, and I trust the succession plan is in place. But don’t forget the current fiscal year only ends on 30th June 2011 and I hope you will all continue our great Lions services to the community.

I hope to see many of you at the coming Cabinet Fellowship Night on 20th March in JB to support your Region’s Representative for the Regional Paper Dolls Contest which promises full of entertainment and excitement.
